Reliable sources from Korea have informed Boxingtalk.com that WBC featherweight champion In Jin Chi has pulled out of his scheduled August 20 fight with undefeated mandatory challenger Rocky Juarez. Juarez-Chi was to be the televised co-feature to the Fernando Vargas-Javier Castillejo card and was expected to be one of the most competitive fights HBO has provided its subscribers all year long. Update: Rocky Juarez's manager Shelly Finkel has confirmed Chi pulling out of the fight. Juarez will remain on the card and an interim title fight could be in the works.
