ESPN+ will air a boxing show from Frankfurt, Germany on Saturday featuring an IBO light heavyweight championship showdown between local hero Leon Bunn and hard-hitting Irishman Padraig McCrory. Both men are undefeated (Bunn is 18-0, McCrory is 14-0). Fight action will stream live and exclusively in the U.S. on ESPN+ at 1:05 p.m. ET/10:05 a.m. PT. In addition to Bunn-McCrory, two of Top Rank’s young boxers — featherweight Kurt Walker and junior middleweight Kieran Molloy — will see action in separate six-rounders. Molloy (2-0) will fight Sandro Jajanidzez (10-26-2) while Walker (3-0) steps up slightly against Colombia’s Yin Caicedo (6-4-3, 2 KOs), who has never been knocked out.
Bunn (18-0, 9 KOs) boasts a career-best victory over Enrico Koelling in November 2019. He’s won three bouts since the Koelling triumph, most recently stopping Tunisian southpaw Islam Teffahi. McCrory (14-0, 8 KOs) is an all-action fighter from Belfast who has knocked out his last four foes in five rounds or less. He is coming off a one-sided fifth-round destruction over Marco Antonio Periban.
