ESPN+ to stream British show on Saturday

After their first matchup ended in a draw, British middleweight champion Nathan Heaney and challenger Brad Pauls will meet again this Saturday, July 20th in the twelve-round main event from Resorts World Arena in Birmingham, England. Heaney and Pauls fought four months ago at the same venue in a highly pitched battle and look to break the deadlock. Promoted by Queensberry Promotions, Heaney-Pauls II and additional undercard action will stream live and exclusively in the U.S. on ESPN+ starting at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT.  Heaney (18-0-1, 6 KOs), age 35 and a  six-year pro, notched his best win last November by capturing the British middleweight crown via majority decision over Denzel Bentley. Pauls (18-1-1, 10 KOs) entered the paid ranks in 2015 and went 16-0 before his first pro setback, a ten-round decision defeat to Tyler Denny in February 2023. He returned with a points verdict over Patryk Polasik last April and an eighth-round stoppage over Mitchell Frearson in September.
