Jameel McCline W10 Terry Smith... In the ESPN2 co-feature from Tulsa, Oklahoma, heavyweight Jameel McCline took a pretty big risk, facing a live heavyweight, Terry Smith, for the short money that comes with ESPN appearances. McCline however, should benefit from the wide exposure that ESPN also brings, as he defeated Smith by ten-round decision to make himself a marketable heavyweight again. McCline has had some big wins, and two unsuccessful world title shots, but losses to Calvin Brock and Zuri Lawrence in 2005 threatened to end his run as a contender. Now 38-6-3 with six straight wins, McCline has righted his career and will look to reap the rewards of tonight's efforts. Smith's record is now 28-2-1. source: ESPN
Allan Green TKO5 Anthony Bonsante... Allan Green punished Anthony Bonsante with his left hook, stopping the former contestant on the reality show The Contender in five rounds in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Bonsante, 26-8-3, spent much of his career at junior middleweight and appeared much smaller than the dangerous super middleweight contender. Quite simply, he's not a super middleweight. Green, now 21-0, looked much better than last time out when he struggled with Donnie McCrary. Green says he is going to fight ex-IBF champion Jeff Lacy on Showtime next. source: ESPN
