Dubois set the range from the opening bell and rarely let Moore work from anywhere she wanted, stacking three-punch combinations through the first three rounds while the challenger struggled to establish the jab. A combination in the fifth put Moore on the canvas, and though she protested a head clash, the knockdown stood. Moore had her best stretch in the ninth, catching Dubois with right hands and combinations inside, but by then her nose was bleeding and the gap on the cards was already wide. A clash of heads in the tenth opened a cut on her forehead. The judges scored the bout 99-90 (twice) and 98-91.
