Don King's annual holiday "Turkey Tour"-a 40-year tradition-will
make its first-ever stop in Baton Rouge, La., on Thursday.  King will be present to distribute nearly 1,500 turkeys.  Baton Rouge will be the first stop of this year's holiday Turkey Tour. Last year, King distributed over 14,000 turkeys after stops in South  Florida, where he bases his business operation; in Ohio, where King was  raised and began his promotional career; and in New York, New Jersey and
