Moments ago Boxingtalk was informed that Don King Productions promotional agreement with Juan Diaz, which Diaz manager Willie Savannah tells us expires on March 31, 2008, could have stipulations that prevent Diaz from entering into any bout, regardless of a purse-bid that DKP did not bid on, let alone win. Of course, Boxingtalk has yet to receive any documentation from either party, but if DKP instructs HBO that the Katsidis fight could hold them liable, it should be interesting to see if HBO would still move forward with the potential February 9 bout.
