Did Haney and Garcia just reveal their next opponents?

On a very slow boxing weeekend, Devin Haney was busy on Twitter attacking his rivals, and both responded, possibly revealing some inside information...
 
Devin Haney (pictured): "Ryan [Garcia] said he would sign up for drug testing..' he hasn’t signed up for [drug testing organizations] VADA or USADA. That’s what’s holding everything up. Maybe he’s trying to get clean."
 
Ryan Garcia: "I’m bringing an explosive fight in my fight comeback. Pitbull ex 140-pound champ Isaac Cruz] has always been considered a tough opponent. Tougher match up then Haney to be honest."
 
Haney, next tweet: "Why didn’t [Teofimo Lopez] fight Subriel Matias?"
 
Teofimo Lopez: "Because Top Rank wanted to host it on the West Coast when it should be in New York City and forced it to be on pay-per-view. Lastly, [they] offered $2.8 million when I am the last star power they have left. All roads are leaning toward Keyshawn Davis as their next pupil."
 
Haney: "You will get it.. once I beat [Jose Carlos?] Ramirez & Ryan [Garcia], you will be next... but you knew that already, you just clout chasing."
