Boxingtalk has been informed that DiBella Entertainment has agreed to terms that will add heavyweight contender Chazz Witherspoon to its stable of talent. Witherspoon will be making his DBE debut Saturday night in a non-televised bout on the Taylor-Spinks undercard. (3:59 PM EST)
