Press Release: On March 23, 2007, in Mashantucket, Connecticut, Star Boxing will present Delvin Rodriguez vs. Jesse Feliciano in a regional welterweight title bout. In the co-feature, Said Ouali (20-2, 12 KOs) takes on Irving Garcia (14-2-1, 7 KOs) in a ten-round welterweight match-up. Last November, Ouali scored a ninth-round KO of Mario “Kid Rayo” Ramos. Garcia is undefeated since 2005, when he won a 12 round unanimous decision over Frankie Santos The undercard has six additional match-ups that include Tony Grano and Craig Salamone in separate bouts.
