Reliable sources have informed Boxingtalk.com that IBF cruiserweight champion Kelvin Davis will make his mandatory defense against O'Neil Bell as the co-feature to the eagerly anticipated rematch between undisputed welterweight king Cory Spinks and Zab Judah. On February 5, Showtime will televise Spinks-Judah II and Davis-Bell II live from the Savvis Center in St. Louis, Missouri. Tickets for the show, which is being billed as "Meet Me In St. Louis!", go on sale Janurary 3 and are moderately priced at $25, $50, $100, $250 and $500. REMEMBER WHERE YOU HEARD IT FIRST!
