Danny Williams who was punished by Vitali Klitschko in Las Vegas last month, has decided to continue his career and hopes to fight as soon as March. "The only thing that I can take any kind of comfort in is that I did the very best I could on the night," Williams was quoted as saying on the website for Sporting Life. Williams, rated #22 in the heavyweight division by Boxingtalk had an eventful 2004, knocking out Mike Tyson, firing manager and co-trainer Dwight Yarde and then losing to Klitschko in a WBC title bid.
Also, Hugo Cazares, Boxingtalk's #14 junior flyweight has been added to the Nelson Dieppa-Alex Sanchez undercard on January 29 in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. Cazares is the mandatory challenger for the winner of the main event, a WBO title fight. --Scott Shaffer
