With a bid of $401,000 Don King Productions won the right to promote undisputed cruiserweight champion O'Neil Bell's mandatory defense against Steve Cunningham. Bell's promoter Warrior's Boxing came in second with a bid of $201,000.  Word is Showtime is interested in the bou, but Don King and Ken Hershman were unavailable for immediate comment.
