Reliable sources close to the situation have informed Boxingtalk that Don King Productions has secured Madison Square Garden for a February 19 PPV date. Several, if not all of the following bouts being considered for the show are Paul Briggs vs. Tomas Adamek for the vacant WBC light heavyweight title,  Monte Barrett vs. Owen Beck, Jose Antonio Rivera vs. Thomas Damgaard for the regular WBA welterweight title, Wayne Braithwaite vs. Jean Marc Mormeck for the WBC and WBA cruiserweight titles, and Kelvin Davis vs. O'Neil Bell for the IBF cruiserweight title. DKP also has a Showtime date on Feb. 5, so it is possible that one of these bouts ends up as the co-feature to Spinks-Judah II. Andrew Golota is also rumored to be fighting WBO heavyweight champ Lamon Brewster sometime in March. Don King was unavailable for immediate comment but Boxingtalk will continue to keep you updated.
