Press Release: According to DiBella Entertainment, Curtis Stevens, barely two weeks removed from avenging his only career loss, will travel upstate this weekend and fight for the New York State light heavyweight title against  Dhafir Smith. Stevens, 14-1, went eight rounds against Marcos Primera on November 15th, winning a wide unanimous decision against the man who stopped him in September. On Friday at Vernon Downs in Vernon, New York, the Chin Checker is scheduled to go ten against Smith, who has a career record of 16-14-4 but is 3-0-2 in his last five.
