Cuenca dances his way onto world scene

Argentine boxers are usually known as bruising tough guys, like Sebastian Lujan who continued to fight Antonio Margarito with a torn ear or Oscar Bonavena, the heavyweight who fought a total of 30 rounds with Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier in their primes, so its strange to hear about an Argentinian with the nickname "Fred Astaire."  However, Cesar "Fred Astaire" Cuenca is making an unlikely name for himself as a southpaw stylist with just one knockout but a career record of 21-0. The national junior welterweight champion preserved his spotless record this weekend with a wide decision over Iván Bustos, 17-8-2. The scores were 100-91, 100-90 and 100-90 ½.  Local fans are hoping a bout can be arranged between Cuenca and former lightweight world titlist Raul Balbi, who has been doing well on the comeback trail. source: boxeo-boxing
