The undercard for September's [novelty] battle between strongmen Eddie Hall and Thor Bjornsson has begun to take shape. A showdown between CrossFit rivals Josh Bridges and Jacob Heppner has now been added to the card. MTK Global is serving as the boxing advisors for the event, which is set to take place in Las Vegas in September. It is billed as "The Heaviest Boxing Match in History" with strongman rivals Hall and Bjornsson set to step into the ring for bragging rights. The fight between Bridges and Heppner has now been confirmed for the show, pitting together two more talented athletes [who are non-professional boxers]. Bridges is a former Navy Seal and an elite Cross Games athlete, while Heppner is a rival of his from the CrossFit world, with the two men set to square off in a six-round boxing match. The duo plan to dedicate the next six months to their boxing traning, as they look to put everything they’ve learned as CrossFit athletes into their new goals.
