Although no contracts have been signed, Top Rank President Todd DuBoef informed Boxingtalk.com that Oktay Urkal has accepted a step aside offer to allow Miguel Cotto and Carlos Quintana to fight for the vacant WBA welterweight title. Cotto-Quintana will headline Showtime Championship Boxing on December 2. Antonio Margarito will defend his WBO weltweight title against Joshua Clottey in the televised co-main event.
