For the third straight year, star champion Miguel Cotto is the hardest-hitting puncher in his weight division. That's what Ring Magazine announced, selecting Cotto as the 'Biggest Puncher' in the welterweight division in its July edition which features Cotto on the cover. It's a division deep in talent. Cotto, who fires thunderous hooks to the body, was a two-time winner of the Ring's 'Best Puncher' award as a junior welterweight. Cotto, 29-0 with 24 KOs, will defend his WBA World Welterweight title against a big puncher in Zab Judah, 34-4, 25 KOs, on Top Rank's big 'X-Plosive' HBO PPV championship event at Madison Square Garden on Saturday, June 9.
