Bob Arum, promoter of Miguel Cotto has informed Boxingtalk he and Golden Boy CEO Richard Schaeffer are currently negotiating  a Miguel Cotto-Shane Mosley fight for as early as November. "We're working on the fight right now, but no contracts have been signed and the venue and the dates are still up in the air," said Arum.
