RAN A FEW DAYS AGO

PRESS RELEASE: On February 16, 2008, Cota's Boxing Promotions heads back to the "Gymnasio Tigre Garcia" in Ensenada, Baja Mexico for another exciting night of boxing.  Headlining the "Back to Baja" card will be Alejandro "Terra" Garcia (25-3 24KO's) from Tijuana MX in a ten round main event.  After loosing to Roman Karmazin, Garcia looks to get back into title contention with a victory. 

         The co-main event will feature local undefeated middleweight prospect, Carlos Virgen (9-0).  In addition Roberto "El Mako" Leyva (24-7 20KO's) will fight in an eight rounder attempting to rebound after coming off a loss to current WBC light flyweight champion Eduardo Sosa back in November.  Three more additional fights will be added to the card.  For more information call Manny Cota at (818) 612-9296
