Boxingtalk has been hearing rumblings that a bout is in the works between IBF lightweight champion Richard Commey (pictured) will likely make the first defense of his title against former WBO lightweight champion Ray Beltran on an ESPN card in June. The winner of the Commey-Beltran bout would face the winner of the July 19th Teofimo Lopez-Masayoshi Nakatani eliminator on July 19th at the MGM Harbor Castino in Washington, DC.
