Boxingtalk.com has been informed that welterweight contender Kermit "The Killer' Cintron has pulled out of his scheduled July 29 HBO date vs. Richard Gutierrez. Our sources inform us that Team Cintron never returned a signed bout contract to Gary Shaw Productions. It should be noted that Floyd Mayweather vacated the IBF welterweight title last week and Cintron's pullou could have something to do with the fact that he is rated #2 by the IBF and wants to be available to fight for the vacant title against Mark Suarez.  Vivian Harris and Mike Aranoutis will still meet in an attractive junior welterweight showdown on HBO's July 29 installment of Boxing After Dark., Both Gary Shaw and Bobby Bostick were unavailable for immediate comment.
