Sources close to the situation have informed Boxingtalk.com that IBF welterweight champion Kermit Cintron is OUT as Shane Mosley's February 10 opponent. Although no deal has been signed as this goes to print, a bout between Mosley and  former WBA welterweight champion Luis Collazo is nearly done and should be announced shortly. Mosley-Collazo is expected to take place at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada. (4:27 PM EST)
