Boxingtalk.com has been informed that former welterweight title challenger Kermit Cintron will return to HBO on July 29 to face Ricardo Gutierrez. Cintron-Gutierrez will be the televised co-feauture to the Vivian Harris-Mike Arnaoutis showdown.
