Joe DeGuardia's Star Boxing announced today that the 12 round IBF Welterweight Championship title fight between Jesse Feliciano 14-5-3 (8KO's) and Champion Kermit Cintron 28-1 (26KO's) is back on the under card of the rescheduled Fernando Vargas- Ricardo Mayorga card November 23, from the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Live on PPV.
