Cintron Destroys Matthysse

IBF welterweight champion Kermit "the Killer" Cintron, 28-1 (25 KO's), dropped Walter Mathysse, 26-1 (25 KO's), in round 1 with an uppercut and straight right hand.  Mathysse was then floored early in round 2 with an overhand right.  Mathysse got up quickly believing he was still in the fight.  Moments later Cintron landed a devastating uppercut followed by the straight right hand which sent Mathysse straight to the canvas.  Walter Mathysse was out before he hit the ground.  It was a devastating knockout by the hard hitting champion.  The fight ended at 29 seconds into round 2.
