Claims promoter denied him OT pay

Kevin Barnes, who says he was Don King's chef for eight months, has sued the promoter in federal court in Florida. Barnes' complaint is that King underpaid him. He alleges that he worked more than 40 hours per week and therefore under Florida law, he is entitled to be paid 50% more than his normal hourly rate (time and a half). Barnes claims King failed to pay him the time and a half. King's court response isn't due yet, but it is safe to say he will deny any wrongdoing. source: tmz
