Despite the WBC taking a hands-on approach by sending a supervisor to monitor his weight loss, Jose Luis Castillo has once again failed to make the 135lb limit for his title clash with Deigo Corrales. Castillo was 5 pounds over the limit and weighed in at 140 pounds on the first attempt. On the second attempt, he weighed 139 1/2. Corrales was on target at 135. Castillo now has two hours to lose two pounds. He's been fined $225,000 and Corrales is currently considering not fighting.
