The original Loews Paradise Theater first opened in 1929 and was restored earlier this year in 2005. Now, the historic venue will host its first boxing event entitled Boxeo Caliente on Friday night, December 9, featuring Cuban star Joel Casamayor in the main event. A press conference will be held on Thursday, November 7, to announce the card, with the legendary champion Roberto Duran and Casamayor both in attendance. The show will mix boxing with Reggaeton musical performances in between bouts and the spectacular Boxeo Caliente Dancers in the club environment. FOX en Espanol will broadcast (on December 23, 11 PM/ET, 8 PM/PT). Tickets will be priced at $200 for VIP, $100, $75, $50 and $25.
