Cameron Vuong has signed a multi-fight promotional deal with MF Pro. The unbeaten lightweight starts his journey under the new banner on Saturday, November 14th as part of DAZN's Saturday Fight Night at London's OVO Arena Wembley. Vuong, age 24, is a former amateur standout and product of the famous Birtley ABC in the North East, who has risen to 9-0-1 as a professional. So far in his young pro career; he has defeated Jordan Flynn in a bitter grudge match as well as shared a pair of epic battles with former European champion Gavin Gwynne.

 

Vuong said: “I’m really excited to be joining MF PRO; I want to be involved in the biggest nights and fights possible, and I believe I’m at the right place for that to happen.”

Vuong will end a near one-year absence from the ring when he fights on the November 14th. He was last seen, going toe-to-toe with Gwynne in a WBO Intercontinental title fight that ended in a majority draw. Gwynne, a Welsh road warrior, will also be part of the November 14th card, facing Zelfa Barrett in a ten-round fight, with world title ramifications.

 

Also on the bill, Yaser Al Ghena puts his Commonwealth junior welterweight belt on the line against Ben Marksby, in a battle of unbeaten punchers.At featherweight, Tom Welland and Jack Dillingham will engage in a British title eliminator. More fights are due to be announced soon.
