Calloway says he is dropping down to cruiserweight

Press Release: Rob Calloway will be honored by mayor Ken Shearin and the city of St Joseph, Missouri on April 9, 2007 in recognition of his commitment to the youth of the community and his outstanding boxing career. Calloway (61-7-1) announced he has moved down to the cruiserweight division where he has a better chance of winning a world title. Calloway's agent, Brian Reed said, "we expect the sanctioning bodies will rank us in the top ten considering we have only one decision loss at cruiser.  We feel Rob can beat any cruiserweight in the world. We here at Team Calloway are very dedicated to getting the opportunity this world class fighter deserves to win a world championship."
