Although details are still sketchy, Cedric Kushner Promotions and Duva Boxing are in the process of consummating a merger that will make CKP and Duva Boxing one and the same.  Kushner confirmed the merger to Boxingtalk.com, but declined further comment. Dino Duva told Boxingtalk, "Cedric Kushner and I have been great friends for many years and once the deal get done the two of us will move forward as partners for many years to come."
