Moments ago Shane Mosley's attorney and business advisor Judd Burstein refuted the press release Top Rank issued earlier today. Top Rank PR man Lee Samuels sent various members of the press a small blurb stating that Mosley, a former three division champ, had turned down a fight with the tough as nails Margarito. "Somebody is lying. I don't know whether or not it was a network executive or someone from Top Rank but that press release is false. Shane has said that he's willing to fight anyone and understandably Top Rank would like Margarito to lose his anonymity. I call upon Top Rank to put up or shut up, name the network executive, and confirm the story with him."
