Moments ago, attorney Judd Burstein contacted Boxingtalk to inform us that he has NOT been retained as Manny Pacquiao's attorney. "Fightnews acted in an irresponsible manner by not calling me to confirm a story. There has been a misunderstanding. I have had serious conversations with Team Pacquiao about representing Manny, but have not yet agreed to do so. I have not signed any retainer agreement, and certainly would have so confirmed to fightnews if they bothered to call me. The story is wrong. I have been in discussions with them about representing Manny in against Murad Muhammad, but I have not agreed to do so yet and we've not reached final terms."
