GL: How has everything gone in preparation for your March 18 bout with Ryan Martin? What can we expect from you on fight night? Everything is going as planned. I'm sparring tall fast guys and I'm getting different looks. Everything is going as planned, no complaints. This is the last hard week before we get into fight week. All of my fans know how I come to fight, I'm get into the ring to throw a lot of punches, but I'm planning to show something different. I'm going to be smarter and throw meaningful punches. There's going to be fireworks though because I have something to prove in this fight.

Bryant Cruz: "He's tall, slick,he's accurate with his punches and he's fast. I just think he's an ordinary up and coming prospect. I don't see any power in him, but it might be different when I walk in the ring with him. I see him as a long, tall fighter who is accurate with his punches and he's fast."

BC: "To be honest I've been asked that a couple of times, and maybe a little bit. Not a lot, depending on how I feel. I feel great in sparring so I shouldn't be feeling any ringrust if I'm getting the best work in the gym. I may be a tad more nervous than I'd usually be because I haven't fought in a year. Hopefully that goes away after the first minute."

BC: "To be honest, I don't know. The reason why I moved back from Texas is because I wasn't getting any fights. My financial problems were raised and I needed to get a fight but I couldn't get one ever since that problem with the insurance. I guess they want me to fight in New York because I could sell tickets and get big crowds, but I don't know why they weren't flying out to different states of what not, but it is what it is."

BC: "My thing is just to keep pressure and throw a lot of punches from different angles, and to be first. I'm not going to let him keep a pace, I'm going to keep a pace on him that he can't keep and keep the pressure on him."

BC: "Being the underdog man. Basically I'm moving up in weight for the first time because I'm a 130 pound fighter. I feel excellent though because making 130 isn't easy so I feel like a stronger fighter now. He's really the bigger guy, but I'm not worried about that."

BC: "It would mean a lot. I know there will be bigger opportunities after this fight."

BC: "I'm going to win the fight by unanimous decision."
