Boxingtalk had been hearing rumblings that former four division champion Adrien Broner (33-4-1 24KO) could be facing Ivan Redkach in late September or sometimre In October and recently a well fed Broner confirmed the information, telling goforitradio.com that he had to "get back" at Redkach or "Shane's boy", referencing the fact that future hall of famer Sugar Shane Mosley is now training the junior welterweight contender. The bout, which will be broadcast on one of PBC's platforms. is expected to take place at 140 pounds, though with Broner one never knows if there will any last minute requests to go up a pound or three.
