Broadway Boxing card set tonight!

Press Release: The last two boxers have weighed in for tonight's Broadway Boxing show at New York City's Manhattan Center Grand Ballroom. Debind Thapa weighed in at 130 pounds, three pounds heavier than Gary Stark, Jr., his opponent in the evening's co-feature. Thapa, whose pro record is 20-4-1, represents a big step up in competition for Stark, who is undefeated in thirteen pro fights.  Meanwhile, heavyweight Livin Castillo came in at 210 pounds. Castillo will be involved in an interesting match-up, taking on the heavyweight champion of South Africa, Osborne Machimana, who will be fighting for the first time in the United States. Their records are similar, 13-4 for Castillo compared to 10-2-1 for Machimana, but the big South African champion will outweigh Castillo by 52 pounds.  Tickets are still available for tonight's show and can be purchased at the venue, which is just around the corner from Madison Square Garden. The main event will feature popular Edgar Santana, 16-2, in a junior welterwight bout against Francisco Campos, 20-5-1. Â
