Andy Morris W12 John Simpson... In Scotland on Saturday, Andy Morris claimed the vacant British featherweight title with a unanimous victory over John Simpson. Morris, 13-0, claimed the title with a 118-111 117-111 118-110 verdict. Martin Power W12 Ian Napa... The previous night at London's York Hall, Martin Power, 18-0, barely defended his British bantamweight title, beating Ian Napa by split decision. Two official scorecards favored Power 116-113, while the third gave it to Napa by the same score. The fight was disrupted in the middle of the sixth round when a melee broke out in the crowd. Napa, 2-4 with no knockouts, launched a late comeback, but he was hampered by his lack of punching power. source: the sportinglife
