British event to have USA vs. UK theme

On Friday, Transatlantic Clash II: "Battle At The Bridge" will see Team USA and Team UK go head-to-head in an international showdown. Brought to fans by promoters Fight Academy and TM14 Promotions, this event will feature talent from both sides of the Atlantic battling for national pride and the prestigious Transatlantic Clash Trophy. Headlining is a ten-round super featherweight bout featuring Marley Mason (5-2-1, 1 KO) of Southend-on-Sea, Essex, UK, taking on Florida's Mandeep Jangra (11-1, 7 KOs). Each team will be led by legendary boxing figures. Team USA will be under the guidance of International Boxing Hall of Famer Roy Jones Jr., while Team UK will be coached by former European (EBU) super bantamweight champion Spencer Oliver.  "This event is all about showcasing the best talent from both nations and reigniting the historic boxing rivalry between the UK and the USA," said Dennis Hobson Jr. of Fight Academy. "We are thrilled to have my good pal Roy Jones Jr. be a part of this monumental series, along with Spencer Oliver, and fans can expect fireworks in the ring."

John Tretheway of TM14 Promotions added, "Bringing together top-tier fighters, world-class coaches, and passionate fans makes this event truly special. The Transatlantic Clash Trophy is on the line, and every boxer on this card is hungry to prove themselves on the international stage."
