Earlier today WBO heavyweight champion Shannon Briggs tipped the scales at a career high of 273 pounds. Briggs did appear to be in solid shape. Undefeated mandatory challenger Sultan Ibragimov came in at 221. Briggs-Ibragimov takes place at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersy. The bout will be televised live on PPV, distributed by CSI Sports.
