After three years away from active fighting, junior middleweight Brandon Adams returns today (Friday) for his second fight of the year. Adams and undefeated Francisco Veron of Argentina will star in on an Atlanta show. Adams has a record of 24 wins, 3 losses and 16 knockouts, while Veron has 14 wins, no losses, 1 draw and 10 knockouts. The 35-year-old  Adams, from California, is coming off three straight wins, although they have been spread out since 2020. He has a wealth of experience, having faced ex-champ Jermall Charlo and defeated both Shane Mosley Jr. and Serhii Bohachuk. Veron is a talented 25-year old who will be going into one of the most important fights of his career. His experience in the amateur arena has helped him adapt to the professional ranks.
