Former junior welterweight champion Regis "Rougarou" Prograis announced his retirement from boxing following last weekend's loss to Conor Benn in London. Boxingtalk salutes Prograis, who leaves with a record of 30-4 after a pro career that spanned 2012-2026. He enjoyed two title reigns: as WBA champion commencing in 2019 and as WBC champion starting in 2022. Prograis tweeted: "Good fight Conor. It was a pleasure sharing the ring with you.
