GL: Juan, I'd like to give you the opportunity to introduce yourself to the boxing world. "Thanks for the opportunity, I'm happy with my team, I'm happy about the work we've done in the US and I'm looking to make some noise."
GL: What do you know about the opponent you will fight? "People tell me he's got a good right hand, but I'm not going to be worried about fighting him at all. I haven't been past the second round yet and I'm not expecting that to change by the Grace of God."
GL: Since none of your nine fights have gone more than two rounds, is it hard for to come into the ring not looking for the KO? "I go into every fight, whether it is four, six or eight rounds, I go into the ring. Luckily I have the ability to pull off my victories quickly which helps keep me active. I'm not going in there looking for an early KO, but I'm prepared and hopefully we can keep this streak going so I can make a splash in America."
GL: Is Carlos De La Cruz a step down from your last opponent? "Absolutely not, I cannot underestimate anybody who's in there with me. I come to fight the best I can, it doesn't matter what their record is, I just focus on winning."
GL: Is there anything you'd like to say in closing? "Thanks for the opportunity to do this interview. I hope to talk again soon to continue to let the fans know who I am on the best boxing site in the business."
