GT Promotions gears up to bring an evening of professional boxing to Alice, Texas on September 19th at the Alice Fairgrounds.  "Rise to Greatness 4" will feature seven bouts in all. The co-feature will see featherweight Carlos Torres (6-6) from Corpus Christi taking on Alex McGee (12-2-1) of El Paso in a six rounder. That will set up the main event, another featherweight bout, between Irvin Rodriguez (2-3) of Mexico coming in to challenge hometown product Jeremiah "Blessed" Hands" Casas (1-0) in a four rounder.  There will be an boxers' workout this Saturday at 2PM at Salud Lounge and Lightbites in Alice, Texas that is open to the public.  Tickets will be on sale, also fans are encouraged to pose for pictures with fighters and get autographs.  Tickets can be purchased by calling Mike Casas at (361) 396-2272 or Raul "Tigre" Casarez at (956) 784-2638.  First bout scheduled at 7PM.  Ring announcer will be Boxingtalk's Christian Schmidt.
