Also puts Lacy on blast

After reading on Boxingtalk that his opponent of choice, Peter Manfredo, Jr. has agreed to fight Shane Benfield (17-1) on March 14th, Omar Sheika dropped the following bomb through his advisor: "As far as I knew, I was going to fight Manfredo next on ESPN in April.  When they said that it looked like we were going to fight, I could not believe my luck because this bum punked out on me before. I promise the fans, I would knock that midget out in two rounds. I am so tired of all these bullsh*t fighters getting play from the networks that I cant even take this sport anymore.  All I do is give the fans exactly what they want to see-- wars. No running, just fighting. I am 30 years old, you would think that after all the wars I have had that even creampuffs like Manfredo would want to fight me. But the opposite is true.  Another guy that won't fight me is Jeff Lacy.  He was lucky to survive the first fight with me [Lacy won a twelve-round decision in 2004], and I went in to the fight with a fractured hand!  So what happens now?Golden Boy recently tried to make the rematch between us on the Hopkins-Calzage undercard, but of course Lacy said that I was too tough and that he didn't want to fight me again.  But back to the midget.  If Manfredo's heart is bigger than the size of a peanut, which i doubt, he'll fight me March 14th."
