In this Video Bernard Hopkins explains the entire situation that happened before the fight with Joe Cortez. It is very interesting if you listen to how it seems they have tried to put Joe Cortez in with Hopkins for his last several fights and he has denied him as the referee, and in all the fights they allowed him to deny Cortez, but not in this fight. The Nevada Atheletic Commission was firm. See what Hopkins had to say as the manager and not the fighter.
