Undisputed cruiserweight champion O'Neil "Supernova" Bell was forced to withdraw from his May 6 defense against Steve Cunningham. Bell-Cunningham was supposed to be a part of Showtime's May 6 Championship Boxing telecast, but tooth extractions have Bell out of commission for at least two weeks. Earlier today Warrior's Boxing sent a letter to the IBF requesting a medical extension on their mandatory obligation.
