Promoter Art Pelullo/Banner Promotions will present a sensational championship fight card on Friday, August 25, 2006, in the Rollins Center Ballroom at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino, located at 1131 North DuPont Highway in Dover, Delaware. The main event and co-featured fight will be televised on Comcast’s CN8 Network on a delayed basis.

In the main event, Koba “The Cobra” Gogoladze, 19-1 with seven knockouts, will make his first defense of the North American Boxing Organization junior lightweight title against Fred Neal, 17-3-3 with 12 knockouts, scheduled for 12 rounds.

Gogoladze, 33 years old, is a native of the Republic of Georgia who has been based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania since 2002. As a pro, he returned to the ring in February, 2006, after 1 ½ years off and fought to an eight-round draw against contender Art Simonyan.
