Ballroom Boxing returns to Baltimore May 5

Promoters Scott and Michael Wagner’s wildly popular Ballroom Boxing series returns to Michael’s Eight Avenue in Glen Burnie, Maryland, this Thursday, May 5.  In the main event, hard hitting light heavyweight Darnell “the Ding-a-Ling Man” Wilson (17-1-3, 15 KO), from Temple Hills, Maryland, takes on Houston’s “Rocking” Rodney Moore (17-5-2, 7 KO).  In other action, Junior middleweight Hector Alejandro, Jr. (10-1, 7 KO), from Buffalo, New York, will face Edwin Algorin (9-2, 6 KO), of Gurabo, Puerto Rico. 

In a heavyweight attraction, Adele Olakanye (6-2-1, 4 KO), from Lagos, Nigeria collides with heavy handed New Yorker Jerome Tabb (6-1, 6 KO).  Baltimore’s Maxell J. Taylor (10-1, 3 KO) will meet Henry Humphrey (7-4-1, 6 KO), of Cheektowaga, New York, in a junior middleweight bout.  Jarell Jackson (1-2, 0 KO) from Temple Hills, Maryland and James Shedrick (1-1, 1 KO) square off in a light heavyweight contest.  Junior lightweight Juan McPherson makes his pro debut.
